Dal 1 MARZO 2024 e’ attivo il nuovo contratto di manutenzione degli impianti tecnologici ed elettrici, ascensori e montacarichi, porte REI e di sicurezza presso la sede dell’Area della Ricerca di Bologna.
L’impresa esecutrice e’ la Ditta ENGIE SPA, aggiudicataria della convenzione CONSIP Facility Management 4.
Le anomalie riscontrate agli impianti TECNOLOGICI (climatizzazione, riscaldamento, idrico, reti gas), agli impianti ELETTRICI (illuminazione, prese elettriche, ecc..), agli ASCENSORI e MONTACARICHI, alle PORTE REI (antincendio) e di SICUREZZA (dotate di maniglione antipanico) devono essere segnalate:
- all’indirizzo di posta elettronica call.center-ita@engie.com
- OPPURE al numero verde 800 184 727
- OPPURE, dai telefoni interni, al numero breve 6013

Indicazioni per le richieste al Call Center:
- Specificare la sede e relativo indirizzo: CNR Istituto XXXX, Area Territoriale di Ricerca di Bologna, Via GOBETTI 101 – 40129 BOLOGNA
- Indicare la tipologia di guasto (es. impianto climatizzazione e trattamento aria, impianto idrico, servizi igienici, riscaldamento, impianto illuminazione, anomalie su impianti elettrici, ecc..)
- Indicare il luogo della problematica (istituto/edificio, locale, piano ecc..)
- Lasciare nominativo del richiedente e relativi contatti (telefono ed e-mail)

Since 1st March 2024 is active the new maintenance contract for technological and electrical systems, lifts and elevators, REI and safety doors on CNR Research Area of Bologna headquarters.
The executing company is ENGIE SPA, successful tenderer of CONSIP Facility Management 4.
Any failure report about technological systems (heating and air conditioning, water supply, gas network), electrical systems (lighting, electrical sockets, etc..), lifts and elevators, REI doors and safety doors (equipped with panic bars) must be sent:

- OR, by internal phones, at short-number 6013
These contacts are active 24 hours a day,365 days a year.
When you sent a request to Call Center, you must:
- specify clearly the location and address of the site: CNR Institute XXXX – Research Area of Bologna, Via GOBETTI 101 – 40129 BOLOGNA
- Provide a description of the failure and specify the equipment (air conditioning, air treatment, heating, water network, toilets, lighting, electrical failure,etc..)
- Indicate the exact location (institute/building, floor, room/laboratory, etc..)
- Specify your name/email/telephone number for response
